The Construction Foundation and Operational Mechanism of the Ideological and Political Education Community

Ideological and political education bears the social functions of ideological education and civic education,yet it has long failed to fully achieve social mobilization and wide-ranging force integration. Instead,there are issues such as the disconnection between theory and practice,inadequate dialogue mechanisms among different social systems,a lack of value cohesion,and a scarcity of consensual institutions,leading to field alienation. Promoting the construction of an integrated “academic-educational-action” ideological and political education community aims to optimize the community's collaborative education mechanism from a systematic and holistic perspective,shifting traditional educational paradigms and thinking habits to achieve the integration and sharing of educational resources. Actively exploring the transformation of educational governance in the new era,establishing a common effect foundation and institutional framework,and promoting the transition from a single,flat traditional model to an interactive and linked model,can truly enhance the role of ideological and political education in promoting comprehensive human development and social progress.

思想政治教育肩负着意识形态教育与公民教育的社会职能，但是长久以来并未充分实现社会动员和广域力量整合，反而存在理论与实践脱节，不同的社会系统之间对话机制不足，价值凝聚缺失，共识性制度匮乏等场域疏离。推动构建“学术－教育－行动”一体化的思想政治教育共同体，旨在系统性和整体性视角下优化共同体的协同育人机制，转变传统教育范式与思维习惯实现教育资源整合共享。积极探索新时代下的教育治理转型，建立共效应基础和制度性框架，推动其实现单一扁平型传统模式向交互联动型模式转型，真正促进思想政治教育在促进人的全面发展和社会进步方面发挥更加重要的作用。
