[Background] The integration of culture and tourism can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural and forestry product supply chain, and achieve effective coupling of the agricultural and forestry product supply chain. [Objective] Build a robust and sustainable digital supply chain, cultivate rural industries and optimize industrial structure, enrich rural areas, and achieve rural revitalization. [Method] Through on-site research, the current situation and problems of rural industrial chain development and construction have been grasped, and a digital supply chain model and elements for rural agricultural and forestry products have been constructed, forming a clear hierarchical digital supply chain network structure. [Results] To construct a digital supply chain network that is suitable for the practical development of rural economy through multi-party collaborative education, including digital supply chain design, demand visualization, modernization of specialized cooperative operation, and digital construction of risk management.. [Conclusion] The application value of digital technology in promoting rural revitalization is obvious, which promotes the transformation and upgrading of rural industries, improves the living standards of villagers, and builds beautiful countryside, achieving comprehensive revitalization of industries, organizations, talents, culture, and ecology.
【背景】文旅融合可有效促进农林产品供应链的转型升级,实现农林产品供应链的有效耦合。 【目的】构建稳健可持续的数字供应链,培育乡村产业及优化产业结构,富裕乡村,实现乡村振兴。 【方法】通过实地调研,掌握了乡村产业链发展与建设的现状及问题,构建乡村农林产品数字供应链模型及元素,形成层级清晰的数字供应链网络结构。 【结果】构建了多主体协同共育,适合乡村经济发展实际的数字供应链网络,包含数字供应链设计,需求可视化、专合社经营现代化、风险管理数字化建设等的方案。 【结论】数字化可有效推动乡村产业转型升级等,实现产业、组织、人才、文化、生态的全面振兴。
