[Method] Through case studies and literature review, this research evaluates the museum's current state and potential, drawing on practices from the British Museum and the Rijksmuseum to propose strategies. [Results] Digital technologies have enhanced the museum's art display innovation and interactivity, while narrative strategies foster emotional connections, boosting cultural identity and engagement, showcasing its cross-cultural value. [Conclusion] The Bargello Museum's digital transformation combines technology with a cultural dissemination upgrade. By integrating immersive technologies, narratives, multilingual support, and open platforms, it demonstrates innovation and adaptability, offering insights for small and medium cultural institutions in the digital age.
