‘제3차 수학교육 종합계획’에 대한 시도교육청의 계획과 실행 간의 연결성

Connection between the Plan and the Implementation for the ‘The Third Comprehensive Plan for Mathematics Education’ from the Perspective of Local Education Offices

본 연구의 목적은 시도교육청 정책담당자의 관점에서 바라 본 제3차 수학교육 종합계획의 계획과 실행 사이의 연결성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 시도교육청 정책담당자를 대상으로 하는 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하여, 효과적으로 실행된 정책사업을 실행하는 과정에서의 어려움 등을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 제3차 수학교육 종합계획 중 성과가 주목되는 추진 과제 다섯 가지를 도출하였고, 실행 과정의 어려운 점 여섯 가지를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 차기 수학교육 종합계획을 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the connection between the plan and the implementation of the Third Comprehensive Plan for Mathematics Education from the perspective of local education offices. Through a questionnaire survey and Focus Group Interview analysis of policy makers from local education offices, we identified effective policies and difficulties in implementation. As a result of the study, we identified five initiatives of the Third Comprehensive Plan for Mathematics Education that are notable for their achievements, and six operational difficulties. Finally, suggestions for the next Comprehensive Plan for Mathematics Education are proposed.
