간호대학생의 전공만족도, 학업성취도와 임상수행능력의 관련성

Relationship among major satisfaction, academic achievement, and clinical performance of Nursing Students at a College of Nursing

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 전공 만족도, 임상 수행 능력, 학업성취도 간의 관계가 서로 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 2023년 10월 12일부터 10월 28일까지 K지역 소재 K대학의 3,4학년 간호대학생 111명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구의 결과 간호대학생의 전공 만족도(r=.82, p<.001, 임상 수행 능력(r=..79, p<.001), 학업성취도(r=.77, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 다중회귀분석의 결과, 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(β=.0.055, p<.001), 학업성취도(β=.0.736, p<.001)에 의하여 60.8% 설명력을 나타냈다. 결론 다양한 교육 및 실습 프로그램을 통해 간호학 전공에 대한 만족도와 학업 성취도를 높일 수 있는 학과 차원의 노력이 필요할 것으로 보이며, 임상수행능력의 향상을 위해 실습교육에 대한 만족감 및 자신감을 증진시킬 필요가 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of major satisfaction, maturation of career consciousness and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students on job-seeking stress. Methods For this study, from Oct to Nov 2022, 157 3th, 4th grade students were participated from K University in K Province, using a self-reported questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25.0. program. Results As a result of this study, it was revealed that there was a significant correlation between the job-seeking stress of nursing students on major satisfaction(r=-.270, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.283 p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(r=-.424, p<.001). Also, the factors affecting the job-seeking stress of nursing students were major satisfaction(β=-0.005, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction(β=-0.126, p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(β=-0.369, p<.001) with a total explanatory power of 17.7%. Conclusions To improve department-level efforts are needed to increase satisfaction and academic achievement of the nursing major through various education and practice programs. There is a need to increase satisfaction and confidence in practical training to improve clinical performance.
