CIPP 평가모형에 기반한 의료기관 인증평가 대비 역량 강화 교육에 대한 연구

A study on competency enhancement education for prepare to medical institution certification evaluation based on the CIPP model: Focusing on a tertiary hospital outpatient department

목적 본 연구에서는 의료기관 인증 평가를 대비하는 직원을 대상으로 역량 강화 목적의 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한 후, 교육 전 과정에 대한 체계적인 분석틀인 Stufflebeam의 CIPP 평가모형에 따라 상황(context), 투입(input), 과정(process)과 산출(product) 범주로 나누어 분석하여 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 과정을 평가하였고, 교육을 통한 역량 강화 성과를 확인하고자 한다. 방법 C시에 소재한 일개 상급종합병원 외래파트 간호직원 101명을 대상으로 의료기관 인증평가 대비 교육 프로그램을 적용하고 CIPP 평가모형에 따른 평가 및 교육 전⋅후 인식도를 조사하였다. 결과 의료기관 인증평가 대비 역량 강화 교육 프로그램을 CIPP 모델을 적용하여 체계적으로 평가하였으며, 각 단계의 적절성이 확인되었고, 교육 전후 대상자의 인식도를 비교한 결과 교육 후 대부분의 항목에서 유의하게 상승하여 교육 프로그램의 효과가 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구결과는 향후 의료기관 인증 평가를 대비하는 의료기관에서 의료기관 인증평가에 대한 태도 개선, 병원의 내부정책 수립, 인증평가 교육 프로그램 개발 등의 계획을 수립하는 데에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Objectives In this study, we developed and applied an education program for the purpose of strengthening the competency of employees preparing for the medical institution certification evaluation, analyzed by dividing it into the categories of context, input, process, and product according to Stufflebeam's CIPP evaluation model, and confirm the results of capacity strengthening through education. Methods 101 outpatient department-nursing staff at C city-based a teritiary hospital applied an education program to prepare for medical institution certification evaluation and investigated the evaluation and perception before and after education according to the CIPP evaluation model. Results As a result of systematically evaluating thecompetency enhancement education program for preparing for certification evaluation of medical institutions based on the CIPP model, it was confirmed that it was appropriate for each step. Participants' perceptions before and after education were compared, and the average score of perception after education was significantly improved to confirm the effectiveness of the education program. Conclusions The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for planning, such as improving medical institutions' attitudes toward medical institution certification evaluation, establishing internal policies, and developing certification evaluation education programs.
