This study focuses on the construction of management psychology course, and proposes the construction program of “three levels and seven modules” and its application in actual teaching. The “three levels” point to the goal system of the management psychology program, including the cultivation of students’ national sentiment, professionalism and mental health. The “seven modules” constitute a multidimensional and three-dimensional resource library, including text library, element library, case library, picture library, video library, practice library and evaluation library. This paper elaborates the construction process, content design and application strategy of the resource library, and verifies the effectiveness of the resource library in improving students' comprehensive quality. The results of the study show an effective integration of diversified teaching resources based on the structure of “three levels and seven modules”, which provides systematic support for the ideological education of the management psychology course, and helps to organically combine the national sentiment, vocational literacy and mental health education, so as to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the students in the process of knowledge learning. quality.
本研究聚焦《管理心理学》课程思政建设,提出“三层次七模块”课程思政资源库的构建方案及其在实际教学中的应用。“三层次”指向《管理心理学》课程思政的目标体系,包括培养学生的家国情怀、职业素养和心理健康。而“七模块”则构成了一个多维度、立体化的资源库,包含文本库、元素库、案例库、图片库、视频库、实践库和评价库。本文详细阐述了资源库的构建过程、内容设计以及应用策略,并验证该资源库在提升学生综合素质方面的有效性。研究结果显示,基于“三层次七模块”架构的课程思政资源库能够有效整合多样化教学资源,为《管理心理学》课程的思政教育提供系统性支持,有助于将家国情怀、职业素养及心理健康教育有机结合,从而在知识学习过程中全面提升学生的综合素质。
