基于朋辈教育理念下的高职医学生就业育人路径研究

In the context of the rapid development of social economy and the increasing competition in the job market, the importance of employment education for college students is becoming increasingly evident. The “peer education” concept provides a new perspective on the role and responsibilities of counselors in college student employment education, offering an “earthbound” and “reachable” educational model that is more vivid, targeted, and timely, to provide better employment guidance for vocational medical students and provide more reference for exploring employment education models for vocational medical students.

在社会经济的快速发展和就业市场竞争不断加剧的背景下,大学生就业教育的重要性日益凸显。“朋辈教育”理念为辅导员在大学生就业教育中的角色和责任提供了新视角,以“接地气”“够得着”的教育模式,更生动、更有针对性、更具时效性的经验模式,为高职医学生提供更好的就业指导,为探索高职医学生就业育人模式提供更多的借鉴。
