독일 68 교육혁명의 상징 오덴발트 학교의 소아성애 사태 - 독일 녹색당의 소아성애 운동의 근거로서의 성적 자기결정권을 중심으로

이 논문은 대한민국 교과서에 반영되려고 하는 독일 68 교육혁명과 성혁명 사상을 비판하고자 한다. 이 논문은 독일 68 교육혁명의 상징인 오덴발트 학교의 소아성애 사태를 비판적으로 조명하고 반권위주의적 교육을 표방했던 독일 68 교육혁명 사상이 본질적으로 소아성애적이라는 사실을 논증한다. 독일 68 ‘소아성애적 안티파’의 소아청소년 성혁명과 성정치 사상은 지그문트 프로이트의 소아성욕에 기초하고 있으며, 그 궁극적 기원은 독일 낭만주의 소아철학에까지 거슬러 올라간다. 이 논문에서는 독일 68 교육혁명 사상이 본질적으로 소아성애적이라는 사실을 오덴발트 학교와 독일 녹색당의 소아성애 사태와 운동을 중심으로 밝히고 있다. 학생인권조례의 핵심개념인 소아들과 청소년들의 성적 자기결정권은 독일 녹색당의 소아성애 운동의 주요 이론적 근거이기도 하다. 즉 녹색당은 바로 소아들과 청소년들의 성적 자기결정권에 기초해서 소아성애 운동을 전개했다. 김누리 교수 등이 찬양하고 기획하는 독일 68 교육혁명은 독일 좌우 낭만주의/사회주의 학생운동의 핵심개념인 정상성에 도전하고 반항하는 반정상적-퀴어스러운 에로스를 교육계와 정치계에까지 도입하려고 한다. 프랑크푸르트 학파에 속하는 발터 벤야민도 동성애 운동을 지지하면서 ‘에로틱한 교육“을 주장한다. 독일과 프랑스 68 ‘소아성애적 안티파’의 핵심기획은 사회주의적 새인간 양성을 위한 조기성교육이었다.

Pedophilia scandal of German green party and Odenwald school is closed related to German romantic reform edagogy, critical theory of education and comprehensive sexual education. These specifically German romantic pedosexual movements(Kindersex) are grounded on the Kindersexualtät of Sigmund Freud and can be traced back to the Kinderphilosophie of German Romanticism. The Odenwaldschule was a German school located in Heppenheimin theOdenwald. Founded in 1910, it was Germany's oldest Landerziehungsheim, aprivate boarding schoollocated in a rural setting. The school went bankrupt and was closed in 2015, following the revelation of numerous cases of sexual abuse of students. Teachers and management Odenwald school were dismissed because of child pornography. For many, the Odenwaldschule was an educational Eden. For others, especially for students, it was more like a living hell. There was sexual abuse from the beginning of Odenwald school. As a academic project leader, I have invited Prof. Dr. Jürgen Oelkers, an expert on odenwald pedophial scandal and German romantic reform pedagogy to 2020 special lectures series in Korea. German 68 revolution of education in the name of antiauthoritarian educaton is a failed project.
