Due to the influence of international, location and historical factors, the number of synthetic drugs and precursor chemicals represented by methamphetamine has increased significantly year by year and has become the main source of synthetic drugs in the world. Traditional and non-traditional security issues in the region are intertwined, and the drug problem, regional poverty and regional conflicts have always penetrated. The regional security situation is becoming more complex and severe, which has seriously affected the economic development of Southeast Asia and the health and well-being of the people. This paper to the UNODC about poison situation report on the basis of the research entrance to focus on the loss of illegal chemicals, emphasis on Burma, Laos, Thailand and the relevant countries should balance their own safety and common security, with regional countries to strengthen toxic chemicals control as an important strategy, cut drug chain from the source, jointly cope with the challenge of the “golden triangle” drug problem, promote building of human destiny community, positive factors for regional security and stability.
