Strategic research on the evaluation of medical personnel satisfaction and system implementation at DRG payment: taking Chongqing as an example

DRG付费下医务人员满意度评价及制度实施的策略研究——以重庆市为例

DRG (disease diagnosis-related group) payment system is one of the core reform measures of China’s medical insurance payment method. As a pilot city, Chongqing is actively promoting the reform of the DRG payment system. Taking X Hospital, which has implemented the DRG payment model in Chongqing, is the main investigation object to analyze the satisfaction of medical staff. On this basis, combined with SWOT analysis theory, it puts forward strategic suggestions, including measures such as accelerating the promotion of the DRG payment system, strengthening training and communication, and improving the supervision and evaluation system. Through the implementation of these strategies, we will further promote the popularization and application of the DRG payment system in Chongqing, improve the efficiency of medical services and the performance of medical insurance funds, and provide feasible paths and experience for medical reform in Chongqing and even the whole country.

DRG（疾病诊断相关分组）付费制度作为我国医保支付方式核心改革措施之一。重庆市作为试点城市正积极推进DRG付费制度改革。以重庆市内已实施DRG付费模式的X医院作为主要调查对象，对医务人员的满意度进行分析，包括加速推广DRG付费制度、加强培训与交流、完善监督评估体系等措施。通过这些策略的实施，进一步推动DRG付费制度在重庆市的普及和应用，实现医疗服务效率和医保基金使用绩效的提升，为重庆市乃至全国的医疗改革提供可行的路径和经验。
