베이비부머세대의 성공적 노화가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 연구

A study on the impact of successful aging of the baby boomer generation on self-esteem

본 연구는 베이비부머세대의 성공적 노화가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 2024년 9월 1일부터 9월 12일까지 12일 간에 걸쳐 서울과 경기도 베이비부머세대 206명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 기존의 연구들은 베이비부머세대들의 성공적 노화가 자아존중감에 긍정적인 역할을 수행하는 것을 확인하였다는 점이다. 선행 연구들에서 진행하였던 베이비부머세대의 자아존중감을 증진시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안과 대책을 위한 근거를 마련하였다. 본 연구 결과의 일반화 가능성을 높여야 하며 베이비부머세대들이 거주하는 지역이 광범위해서 집단의 특성을 고려한 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of successful aging of the baby boomer generation on self-esteem. Data was collected from 206 baby boomers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do over a period of 12 days from September 1 to September 12, 2024. Existing studies have confirmed that successful aging of the baby boomer generation plays a positive role in self-esteem. The basis for specific measures and measures to improve the self-esteem of the baby boomer generation, which was conducted in previous studies, was prepared. The generalizability of the results of this study must be increased, and since the area where the baby boomers live is extensive, it is necessary to conduct research that takes into account the characteristics of the group.
