협동조합구성원의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 협동조합구성원에 대한 직무만족 요인에 초점을 두고 셀프리더십과 직무만족과의 영향 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 협동조합구성원의 직무만족 향상을 위한 실무차원에서의 기초자료를 확보하고자 한다. 연구 대상자는 수도권 협동조합에서 근무하는 협동조합구성원 212명을 대상으로 하여 2024년 7월 05일부터 2024년 7월 12일까지 7일 간 구글 설문지를 이용하여 설문 후 통계 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 협동조합구성원의 셀프리더십은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 협동조합구성원의 개개인의 셀프리더십이 직무만족도를 높을 수 있는 요인임을 확인하였다.

This study aimed to elicit meaning from the learning context and learning process of the members of the C Learning Circle, adult learners who experienced a crisis in midlife, by conducting a narrative study through in-depth interviews and data analysis to explore the meaning of their extended learning experiences in cultural and arts education in continuing education. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the crisis that the members of the C Theater Club experienced in middle age destroyed their life framework and system and psychologically atrophied them. Second, the members of the C Theater Club experienced various extended learning in the learning process of cultural activities. Third, the contradictions experienced by the members of the C Theater Circle in the crisis can promote lifelong learning, and the learning space can provide healing, and boundary crossing occurs in this process. In this way, cultural and arts education as lifelong learning can provide psychological healing, new life goals, and expanded relationships for adult learners in midlife crisis, contributing to achieving the ultimate goal of lifelong education, which is to maintain and improve the quality of life, and is meaningful for achieving a better life. In the future, extended learning research should be further expanded to expand the scope of cultural and arts education as lifelong learning that can be provided to midlife adult learners in crisis.
