Purpose : This study was to develop core practice items for clinical practice in nursing education. Methods : Core practice items were developed through a literature review and two Delphi surveys with field expert in clinical education. Two Delphi survey periods was from January 26 to May 10, 2024. Content validity index and content validity ratio were analyzed to evaluate expert agreement for deriving final core practice items. Results : Core practice items for clinical practice education in nursing were categorized into 6 duties, 28 tasks, 59 elements. Core practice items were stated as element that could be observed or performed at the student level. Conclusions : The core practice items will provide guidelines for clinical practice education in nursing, so that the training contents and methods of the field leader can be consistent.
