다가구 주택의 범죄 예방을 위한 위험 요인 분석에 관한 연구

A Study on the Analysis of Risk Factors for Crime Prevention in Multi-Family Housing

1인 가구의 증가는 현대 사회에서 주목받는 현상 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 다가구 주택의 거주 위험 요인을 분석하고, 안전시설이 어떻게 설치, 관리되는지 연구 분석하여 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 조사 대상은 천안지역에 위치한 15개 동 다가구 주택으로, 범죄 피해 경험, 범죄에 대한 두려움, 안전시설 설치 등 7가지 세부 요인을 도출하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. 또한 물리적 안전시설인 영상 정보처리기기의 설치 실태를 조사 분석하였다. 설문 결과, 범죄의 위험 노출 개선과 안전시설 설치 및 유지관리는 매우 중요한 요인으로 조사되었다. 범죄에 대한 두려움은 연령, 가구수와 유의 차이를 보이지 않고 모든 범죄에 대한 두려움이 증가된 것으로 확인되었다. 관련 법률로 범죄 예방 기준이 제정되어 있으나, 그중 다가구 주택은 권장 적용으로 분류되어 범죄의 사각지대가 확인되었다. 이에 다가구 주택에 범죄 예방 기준이 의무적용을 제안한다. 또한 물리적 안전시설인 영상 정보처리기기의 유지관리 기준이 법률 규정이 없어 관리를 강제할 수 있는 법률 제정의 필요성을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 주거 안전과 생활환경의 중요성을 강조하며, 사회의 안전성과 복지에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 연구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

The increase in single-person households is one of the phenomena that is attracting attention in modern society. This study analyzes the risk factors of living in multi-family houses and studies and analyzes how safety facilities are installed and managed to propose improvement measures. The survey was conducted by deriving 7 detailed factors, including the experience of crime damage, fear of crime, and installation of safety facilities, etc. In addition, the installation status of image information processing devices, which are physical safety facilities, was investigated and analyzed. As a result of the survey, the improvement of the risk exposure to crime and the installation and maintenance of safety facilities were investigated as very important factors. The fear of crime did not show significant differences by age or household size, and it was found that the fear of all types of crime has increased. Although crime prevention standards have been established as related laws, multi-family houses are classified as recommended applications, and the blind spots of crime have been identified. Therefore, it is proposed that the crime prevention standards are mandatory for multi-family houses. In addition, it proposes the necessity of enacting laws that can enforce management because the maintenance standards of image information processing devices, which are physical safety facilities, do not have legal regulations. This study emphasizes the importance of residential safety and living environment, and believes that it can be used as an important study that can greatly affect the safety and welfare of society.
