This study aimed to analyze the impact of job fit on organizational performance and management outcomes among beauty industry workers, with the goal of providing valuable insights for human resource management. To achieve this, a questionnaire survey was performed through social media, resulting in the collection of 301 responses, which were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The findings revealed the following: First, regarding the influence of job fit on organizational performance, education level, skill level and area of specialization demonstrated a statistically significant positive impact. Second, concerning the effects of job fit on business performance, these same factors showed a positive influence on financial, nonfinancial and management outcomes, all with with statistical significance. In other words, the job fit of beauty industry workers, particularly in terms of appropriate skill competencies and areas of specialization, was found to impact self-development and, consequently, organizational performance. This study highlighted the importance of human resource management by analyzing the effects of job fit on organizational and business performance in the beauty industry. It is anticipated that the findings will provide significant insights for more effective and strategic management and development of human resource within the beauty sector.
