Analysis of Correlations among Work Environment, Job Demands, Presenteeism and Turnover Intentions in Beauty Workers

This study aimed to explore how the work environment and job demands impact presenteeism and turnover intentions among beauty professionals. To do this, a structure questionnaire survey was performed against 308 beauty specialists. The collected data were analyzed through various methods, including descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and both simple and multiple regression analyses. The study findings revealed the following: First, both work environment and job demands statistically influenced presenteeism. Second, work environment and job demands had a notable impact on turnover intentions. Third, presenteeism was positively linked to turnover intentions with statistical significance. The above results highlight the importance of the work environment and job demands for beauty workers. They provide valuable insights that could help in improving work conditions and managing job demands and mental stress in this field.
