복합 외상을 경험한 슈퍼바이지의 역량 강화를 위한 슈퍼비전 연구: 신체심리치료와 현대정신분석 이론을 중심으로

A Study on Supervision to Enhance the Competence of Supervisors who have Experienced Complex Trauma: Focused on Somatic Psychotherapy and Modern Psychoanalytic Theory

본 연구는 상담 과정에서 정신적, 신체적, 감정적 외상을 지속적으로 받음으로써 복합 외상을 경험한 슈퍼바이지의 역량 강화를 위한 신체심리치료와 현대정신분석의 슈퍼비전 연구이다. 이를 분석하기 위 해서 다음과 같이 연구를 진행하였다. 우선, 복합 외상의 개념과 슈퍼바이지의 역량과의 연관성을 알아본 다. 다음으로 복합 외상에 대한 신체심리치료와 현대정신분석의 통합적 접근을 통한 슈퍼바이지의 역량 강화를 위한 구체적인 방안을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 복합 외상을 경험한 슈퍼바이지들에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 슈퍼바이지의 복합 외상 경험에 대한 신체심리치료와 현대정신분석이론의 슈퍼비전이 어떤 의미를 가지는지 살펴본다. 이를 통해, 슈퍼바이지가 자신의 복합 외상을 극복하고 내담자들의 아픔에 대한 공감 력을 확대함으로써 역량을 강화하게 됨을 제안한다. 결론적으로 상담 현장에서 실질적으로 내담자를 만 나는 슈퍼바이지의 심리 내적 안녕과 역량을 강화함과 동시에 현대 삶을 살아가는 사람들이 가지는 복합 외상에 대한 자각과 치유의 필요성을 논의한다.

This study examines somatic psychotherapy and modern psychoanalysis to empower supervisors affected by mental, physical, and emotional trauma during counseling and those with complex trauma histories. This study examines the relationship between complex trauma and supervisor competence, exploring strategies to enhance supervised acceptance of somatic psychotherapy and modern psychoanalysis. Also, Interviews with supervisors who have experienced complex trauma reveal the link between their psychological treatment for trauma and their professional competence. This study suggests that supervisors, as wounded healers, can expand empathy for clients' pain, enhance their capacity for treating complex trauma using somatic psychotherapy and modern psychoanalysis method, and strengthen their professional competence through awareness of their own complex trauma. In conclusion, the study provides healing for individuals with complex trauma and strengthens the psychological well-being and professional competence of supervisors in counseling.
