사용자 경험을 통한 배달 앱의 UI 디자인 요소가 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

The Effect of UI Design Elements of Takeout Apps on User Satisfaction through User Experience

중국 배달 시장의 규모는 거대해서 배달 앱이 사람들의 삶에 없어서는 안 될 소프트웨어가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 배달 앱의 UI 디자인 요소가 사용자 경험과 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 여부에 대한 실증연구를 진행하였다. 설문조사는 온라인 설문조사를 통해 2023년 3월 20일부터 3월 27일까지 실시하여 총 341개의 유효한 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터의 통계 처리는 SPSS 27.0을 사용하여 수행되었다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 배달 앱의 UI 디자인 요소가 사용자 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 사용자 경험이 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것으로 밝혔다. 이에 따라 우수한 배달 앱의 UI 디자인은 배달 앱에 일부분의 사용자를 가져올 수 있으므로 디자이너들은 배달 앱의 UI 디자인에 주의를 기울이고 사용자의 요구를 충족시키며 디자인도 지속적으로 업데이트해야 한다.

The scale of China's delivery market is immense, making delivery apps an indispensable part of people's lives. In this study, an empirical study was conducted on whether the UI design elements of the delivery app affect user experience and satisfaction. The survey was conducted online from March 20 to March 27, 2023, resulting in a total of 341 valid responses. Statistical processing of the collected data was performed using SPSS 27.0. Furthermore, this study found that the UI design elements of delivery apps positively impact user experience, which in turn positively influences satisfaction. Accordingly, excellent UI design for delivery apps can attract users, prompting designers to focus on the UI design of delivery apps, meet user needs, and continuously update the design.
