중년 여성층 트로트 팬을 위한 팬 플랫폼 사용자 인터페이스 디자인

User Interface Design for a Fan Platform Targeting Middle-Aged Female Trot Fans

중년 여성층 트로트 팬들의 스마트폰과 소셜 미디어를 통해 덕질 활동 증가에 따라 활동시 많은 제약을 받고 불편함을 겪고 있는데, 이를 해결하고 더 나은 사용자 경험을 제공하기 위해 팬 플랫폼 사용자 인터페이스(UI) 디자인에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 조사를 통해 트로트 음악과 중년 여성층 덕질 문화의 특징을 분석하고, FGI를 통해 스마트폰과 소셜 미디어에서 겪는 어려움과 필요 기능을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 접근성, 상호작용성, 편리성 측면에서 총 10개의 주요 기능이 도출되었으며, 이 기능들을 통해서 UI 디자인 가이드라인을 제시했다. 본 연구는 중년 여성 팬들이 디지털 환경에서 더욱 편리하고 효과적으로 팬 활동을 수행할 수 있도록 돕는 팬 플랫폼 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한 점에서 의의를 둔다.

This study focuses on designing a user interface (UI) for a fan platform to enhance the experience of middle-aged female trot fans who face numerous challenges and inconveniences in their fan activities through smartphones and social media. The research analyzes the characteristics of trot music and middle-aged women’s fandom culture through literature review and identifies difficulties and required features by conducting Focus Group Interviews (FGI). The analysis results led to the identification of 10 key features across accessibility, interactivity, and usability aspects, forming the basis for a proposed UI design guideline. This research is significant as it provides a practical user interface design that enables middle-aged fans to engage in their fandom activities more conveniently and effectively in the digital environment.
