정보서비스 이용 실적이 시스템 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석 - 건설기술정보시스템을 중심으로

Analysis of the impact of information service usage performance on system usage satisfaction - Focusing on the construction technology information system

정부는 효과적인 전자정부 서비스를 위한 성과평가 관리를 강조하고 있다. 본 연구는 정부 정책에 대비하기 위해 건설기술정보시스템에서 서비스하는 정보 이용 실적이 시스템 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 만약 영향력을 미친다면 그 수준이 어느 정도인지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2017년부터 2023년까지 매년 실시한 시스템 이용 만족도에 설문조사 자료를 수집하였다. 같은 기간에 건설기술정보시스템에서 관리하는 통계 DB로부터 이용 실적자료를 수집하였다. 이용 만족도를 종속변수로 한 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 또한, 결정계수, 분산, F-검정 등 분석을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수 간에 설명력의 정도와 통계적으로 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 분석과 검증을 통해 방문자 수, 검색 건수, 다운로드 건수가 늘어날수록 이용 만족도는 증가하였다. 다만, 페이지뷰 건수는 증가할수록 이용 만족도는 감소한다는 결과를 얻었다. 따라서, 페이지뷰 건수를 평가지표로 사용하기 위해서 한 번에 100개까지의 검색 결과정보를 표출하는 것과 함께 페이지 인터페이스의 간소화를 통해 페이지뷰 건수를 감소해야 한다는 결론을 얻었다.

The government emphasizes performance evaluation management for effective e-government services. This study aimed to determine whether the usage performance of information provided by the Construction Technology Information System affects the satisfaction of system usage in preparation for government policies. If so, it aimed to determine the level of influence. To this end, this study collected survey data on system usage satisfaction conducted annually from 2017 to 2023. During the same period, usage performance data was collected from the statistical DB managed by the Construction Technology Information System. Multiple regression analysis was conducted with satisfaction as a dependent variable. In addition, the degree of explanatory power and statistical significance between independent and dependent variables were verified through analysis such as coefficient of determination, variance, and F-test. Through analysis and verification, this study found that satisfaction increased as the number of visitors, searches, and downloads increased. However, satisfaction decreased as the number of page views increased. Therefore, in order to use the number of page views as an evaluation index, it was concluded that the number of page views should be reduced by displaying up to 100 search result information at a time and simplifying the page interface.
