춘천 중국민항기 불시착 사건의 한중수교 글로컬 연구

Glocal study on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China on the Chuncheon Chinese civil airliner crash landing incident

본 논문은 2023년 11월 18일 한중인문학회 국제학술세미나 주관으로 한중수교 30주년의 회고와 전망이라는 대 주제 아래 한중수교의 연접이 되었던 춘천 중국민항기 불시착 사건을 주제발표로 제시하였다. 본 주제빌표의 연구주제는 「춘천 중국민항기 불시착 사건의 한중수교 글로컬 연구」이다. 연구방법과 내용은 1992년 한중수교 연접이 1983년 5월 5일 춘천의 중국민항기불시착과 연관이 있다는 연구방법과 내용이다. 글로컬은 글로벌+로컬로 춘천은 로컬로 당시 미수교국인 중국은 글로벌의 지점이다. 본 논문에서는 글로컬 관련 연구를 준비하면서 한반도를 중심으로 한 한중수교 30주년 글로컬 전체를 포괄하는 소통과 연구협력이 요청됨을 인지할 수 있었다. 이런 맥락에서 한반도를 중심으로 한 글로컬의 소통과 대화할 수 있는 글로컬 인재 양성이 절실히 요청된다. 이러한 시대적 요청을 수용하고자 시도한 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 동서양의 역사를 막론하고 이론과 실천이 하루 아침에 이루어진 사례가 거의 드물다. 논자는 본 연구를 통해서 향후 지속적인 연구환경 조성 및 관련 시스템이 구축되기를 희망한다.

This paper presented the crash landing of a Chinese civil aircraft in Chuncheon, which was a bridge to the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China, under the main theme of reminiscence and outlook on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China, hosted by the Korea-China Humanities Society International Academic Seminar on November 18, 2023. The research topic of this topic bill is “Glocal study on Korea-China diplomatic relations following the Chuncheon Chinese civil airliner crash landing incident.” The research method and content are that the establishment of diplomatic ties between Korea and China in 1992 is related to the emergency landing of a Chinese commercial airliner in Chuncheon on May 5, 1983. Glocal is global + local, Chuncheon is local, and China, a country with no diplomatic ties at the time, is a global branch. In this paper, while preparing research on glocal, we were able to recognize the need for communication and research cooperation encompassing the entire glocal, centered on the Korean Peninsula, on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China. In this context, there is an urgent need to cultivate glocal talent capable of glocal communication and dialogue centered on the Korean Peninsula. The purpose of this paper is to attempt to accommodate these demands of the times. Regardless of the history of East and West, there are very few cases where theory and practice were achieved overnight. The author hopes that through this study, a continuous research environment and related systems will be established in the future.
