보육교사의 교직인성, 직무만족도가 영유아 권리존중에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

A Study on the Impact of Childcare Teachers' Teaching Personality and Job Satisfaction on Respect for the Rights of Infants and Young Children

본 연구는 보육교사의 교직인성, 직무만족도가 영유아 권리존중에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 2024년 1월부터 3주간 온라인으로 진행된 설문조사에서 응답자 330명을 대상으로 불완전한 응답을 제외하고 사용 가능한 설문지 312개가 나왔다. 연구 결과, 보육교사는 교직인성, 영유아권리존중, 직무만족도 순으로 높게 인식되었으며, 이들 요인 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보육환경과 복지는 교사의 영유아권리 존중에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 교직인성과 직무만족도는 생존권, 보호권, 발달권, 참여권 등 다양한 권리에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 영유아권리존중을 높이기 위해 이러한 요인을 우선적으로 고려할 필요성을 시사한다.

This study investigated how childcare teachers' teaching personality and job satisfaction influence respect for the rights of infants and young children. Conducted through an online survey over three weeks beginning in January 2024, the research gathered 312 valid responses from 330 participants, excluding incomplete submissions. The findings revealed that childcare teachers exhibited high levels of teaching personality, respect for children’s rights, and job satisfaction, in that order, with a significant correlation among these factors. Additionally, factors related to the childcare environment and welfare were identified as having the greatest impact on teachers' respect for infants' rights. Both teaching personality and job satisfaction were found to significantly influence various child rights, including the rights to life, protection, development, and participation. Based on these results, the study emphasizes the importance of prioritizing these factors to enhance childcare teachers' respect for the rights of infants and young children.
