고경력 보육교사의 유아 놀이 지원 학습공동체 경험 탐색

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집에서 3-5세 반 담임을 맡고 있는 고경력 교사의 유아 놀이 지원 학습공동체 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 G도에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하고 있으며 경력 8년 이상인 교사 6명을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 학습공동체는 2024년 6월에서 9월까지 대면 모임을 가졌으며 차시당 2시간 씩 총 8차시 동안 진행하였다. 학습공동체 녹음 전사본, 교사저널, 개별 면담 녹음 전사본, Padlet을 통한 관찰 기록을 연구 자료로 수집하였다. 연구 결과 2개의 대범주와 7개의 소범주가 추출되었다. 대범주 ‘학습공동체를 통한 내려놓음’의 소범주로 ‘고경력 교사로서의 무거움’, ‘깔끔하지 않음에 대한 불편함’, ‘놀이를 대하는 부담감’이 나타났으며, 대범주 ‘학습공동체를 통한 채움’의 소범주로 ‘익숙함에서 벗어나는 용기’, ‘섬세하게 놀이를 관찰하는 태도’, ‘유아에게 맡길 수 있는 믿음’, ‘놀이에서 발견한 교육의 가치’가 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 보육교사의 학습공동체를 통한 연구문화 조성과 교사 전문성 향상의 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

This study aimed to examine the experiences of a learning community that supports children's play for highly experienced teachers who are in charge of a class of 3-5 years old at childcare centers. For the study, six teachers who work at childcare centers located in G city and have more than 8 years of experience were selected as participants. The learning community held face-to-face meetings from June to September 2024, and held them for a total of 8 sessions, 2 hours per session. The recorded transcript of the learning community, the teacher journal, the recorded transcript of individual interviews, and the observation records through Padlet were collected as research data. As a result of the study, two major categories and 7 subcategories were extracted. As the sub-categories of the major category 'Putting down through the learning community', 'Heavyness as a highly experienced teacher', 'Equipped by teachers', and 'Burden toward play' were derived. And as the sub-categories of the major category 'Filling through the learning community', 'Courage to escape from custom', 'Observing the play in detail', 'faith that can be entrusted to children', and 'the value of education found in play' were derived. Through this study, it is expected to serve as basic data for the creation of research culture and improvement of teacher professionalism through the learning community of childcare teachers.
