아동복지시설종사자의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Self-Leadership on Job Satisfaction of Workers at Child Welfare Facilities

본 연구는 아동복지시설종사자의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 아동복지시설종사자의 직무만족 향상을 위한 이론적 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 수도권 내 아동복지시설(지역아동센터 등)에서 근무하는 종사자 463명을 대상으로 하여 2023년 11월 10일부터 2023년 11월 31일까지 21일 간 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동복지시설종사자의 연령과 재직기간에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동복지시설종사자의 셀프리더십은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 아동복지시설종사자의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 근로조건과 환경을 개선하는 것도 중요하지만, 아동복지시설종사자의 개인적인 요인(셀프리더십)도 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 아동복지시설종사자의 자기개발 시간 등을 마련해서 셀프리더십을 고양 시킬 필요성을 제기한 것에 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study seeks to determine the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction of workers at child welfare facilities. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basic data to improve the job satisfaction of workers at child welfare facilities. The subjects of this study were 463 workers working at child welfare facilities (local children's centers, etc.) in the metropolitan area. A survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire for 21 days from November 10, 2023 to November 31, 2023. was carried out. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that there were differences depending on the age and tenure of employees at child welfare facilities. Second, the self-leadership of workers at child welfare facilities was found to have an effect on job satisfaction. These results confirmed that while it is important to improve the working conditions and environment to increase the job satisfaction of child welfare facility workers, personal factors (self-leadership) of child welfare facility workers also have an important influence. Considering this, the significance of the study is that it raises the need to promote self-leadership by providing self-development time for workers at child welfare facilities.
