어린이집 교사의 학습공동체가 자기성찰지능과 교사효능감, 영유아의 도전행동에 미치는 영향

The Effects of the Learning Community of Daycare Center Teachers on Self-reflection Intelligence, Teacher’s Efficacy, and Challenging Behavior of Infants and Young Children

본 연구는 발달 과정에서 도전행동을 보이는 영유아의 행동지도에 어려움을 겪고 있는 어린이집 교사들이 영유아 발달과 행동 특성을 주제로 학습공동체를 진행한 후 보육교사의 자기성찰지능과 교사효능감, 영유아의 도전행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 12명의 보육교사를 대상으로 집단설계 방법을 적용하였으며 비모수 독립표본 검증으로 자료를 분석하였다. 실험집단의 보육교사 6명은 “영유아기 발달과 행동 특성”을 주제로 주 1회, 총 14회기의 공동체모임을 진행하였으며 영유아의 기질과 놀이 상호작용, 도전행동 지원 방법 등에 대한 일화기록, 반성적 저널쓰기와 토론을 병행하였다. 연구 결과, 어린이집 교사의 학습공동체는 교사의 자기성찰지능과 교사효능감을 높이는데 효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 영유아의 도전행동에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있었으며 영유아의 일상생활과 놀이 지도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 어린이집 학습공동체의 필요성과 중요성을 논의하였으며 학습공동체를 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of self-reflection intelligence, teacher efficacy, and challenge behavior on infants and toddlers after daycare center teachers who have difficulty guiding the behavior of infants and toddlers who show challenging behavior in the development process. The group design method was applied to 12 childcare teachers, and the data were analyzed by nonparametric independent sample verification. Six childcare teachers in the experimental group held a total of 14 community meetings once a week under the theme of “Infantasy Development and Behavioral Characteristics,” and held anecdotal records, reflection diaries, and discussions on how to support infants’ temperament, play interactions, and challenging behaviors. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the learning community of daycare center teachers is effective in enhancing teachers’ self-reflection intelligence and teacher efficacy. In addition, it was found that it was possible to increase the understanding of the challenging behavior of infants and toddlers and had a positive effect on the daily life and play guidance of infants and toddlers. Based on these results, the necessity and importance of the daycare center learning community were discussed, and measures to revitalize the learning community were proposed.
