간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 영향요인분석

Analysis of Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Confidence in Performing Core Basic Nursing Skills

본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 증진방안을 모색하기 위한 근거자료로 활용하기 위해 수행한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호대학생 179명으로 자료수집은 2024년 6월 20일부터 6월 30일까지 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Person’s correlation coefficients, Multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 비판적 사고성향(r=.528, p<.001), 간호과정 수행능력(r=.597, p<.001), 전이동기(r=.809, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감의 영향요인은 전이동기(β=1.369, p<.001)로 나타났으며, 설명력은 65.1%였다(Adj R2=.651, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 근거로 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 증진시키기 위해서는 상관성으로 입증된 비판적 사고성향, 간호과정 수행능력, 전이동기 변인과 함께 영향요인으로 도출된 전이동기를 고려한 다양한 교수학습방법을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있겠다.

This study is a descriptive research study conducted to confirm the factors influencing on nursing students' confidence in performing core basic nursing skills and use it as evidence to find ways to improve confidence in performing core basic nursing skills. The subjects were 179 Nursing student and data were collected from June 20 to 30, 2024. Data were analyzed t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0. Confidence in performing core basic nursing skills includes critical thinking disposition(r=.528, p<.001), nursing process competency(r=.597, p<.001), and transfer motivation (r=.809, p<.001) and the transfer motivation (β=1.369, p<.001) was found an influential factor, and the explanatory power was 65.1%(Adj R2=.651, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, to increase the confidence of nursing students in performing core basic nursing skills, to develop and educated various teaching and learning education program that consider critical thinking disposition, nursing process competency, and transfer motivation that have been proven as correlations and influencing factors.
