졸업학년 간호대학생의 핵심간호술에 대한 중요성 인식, 학습자기효능감, 시험불안이 핵심간호술 수행 자신감에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Final year Nursing Student’s Perception of the Importance of Core Nursing Skills, Self-Efficacy, and Test Anxiety on Performance Confidence

본 연구의 목적은 졸업학년 간호대학생의 핵심간호술에 대한 중요성 인식과 학습자기효능감, 시험불안이 수행 자신감에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 간호대학생의 핵심간호술에 대한 수행 자신감을 향상시키고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법으로 연구대상자는 K도에 소재한 3개 대학의 간호학과 4학년에 재학중인 간호대학생 181명이었으며, 2024년 9월 2일부터 9월 13일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS Win 29.0 progaram을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’, Pearson’s correlation, 다중회귀분석으로 산출하였다. 연구결과 본 연구대상자의 핵심간호술 수행 자신감은 학습자기효능감(r=.636, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계, 중요성 인식(r=-.635, p<.001)과는 음의 상관관계로 보였고, 학습자기효능감은 중요성 인식(r=.744, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행 자신감 영향요인으로는 학습자기효능감(β=.517, p<.001), 시험불안(β=-357, p<.001), 중요성인식(β=.002, p<.05)으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행 자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 시험불안을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안모색과 함께 핵심간호술의 학습자기효능감 증진을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to improve final year nursing students' confidence in performing core basic nursing skills by identifying the impact of nursing students' perception of the importance of core nursing skills, learner self-efficacy, and test anxiety on performance confidence. This is a research study. As a research method, the subjects of the study were 181 final year nursing students enrolled in nursing departments at three universities located in Provinces K, and data were collected from September 1 to September 13, 2024. Analysis of the collected data was calculated using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 29.0 progaram. As a result of the study, the subjects' confidence in performing core basic nursing skills showed a significant positive correlation with learning self-efficacy (r=.636, p<.001) and perception of importance (r=-.635, p<. 001), and learning self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation with recognition of importance (r=.744, p<.001). Factors affecting nursing students' confidence in performing core nursing skills were self-efficacy(β=.517, p<.001) and test anxiety(β=-357, p<.001), perception of Importance(β=.002, p<.05). Based on the results of this study, in order to improve nursing students' confidence in performing core nursing skills, it is believed that it is necessary to develop an educational program to increase learning self-efficacy in core nursing skills along with finding ways to reduce test anxiety.
