농어촌 소규모 초등학교 교사의 직무 스트레스에 관한 사례연구

A Case Study on the Job Stress of Small Elementary School Teachers in Rural Areas

이 연구는 농어촌 소규모 초등학교에 근무하는 교사가 인식하는 직무 스트 레스의 실태를 알아보고, 직무 스트레스의 요인 및 스트레스에 대처하는 양식을 알아 봄으로써 농어촌 소규모 초등학교 교사들의 직무 스트레스를 완화하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, D 초등학교 교사가 인식하는 직무 스트레스 실태를 파악하기 위하여 4가지 영역, 즉, 학생지도 영역, 행정업무 영역, 인간관계 영역, 근무환경 영역으로 나누어 분석하였다. 둘째, D 초등학교에 근무하는 교사들이 인식하는 직무 스트레스의 요인으로는 교사 1인 업무량 과다, 농어촌 소규모 초등학교 특유의 행정업무 부담, 소규모 학교라서 적은 교직원 수로 인해서 인간관계에 대한 부담감이 있는 것으로 나타났다

The purpose of this study is to present basic data to relieve job stress for small elementary school teachers in rural areas by finding out the status of job stress recognized by teachers working in small elementary schools in rural areas and ways to cope with stress. The research results are summarized as follows. First, in order to understand the job stress recognized by D elementary school teachers, it was analyzed by dividing it into four areas: student guidance, administrative work, human relations, and working environment. Second, the factors of job stress recognized by teachers working at D Elementary School include excessive work per teacher, the burden of administrative work unique to small elementary schools in rural areas, and the burden on human relations due to the small number of faculty members.
