성취평가제 실시가 대학 입시에 미치는 영향과 대처 방안

Effects of the Achievement Assessment System on College Admissions and Recommended Addressing Strategies

2028학년도부터의 고교 내신성적 산출 방법은 성취평가제와 석차 5등급제 의 병기로 예정되어 있다. 이러한 병기 방안은 절대평가에 대한 교육적 이상과 대입 현실의 균형을 유지하기 위한 과도기적 성격을 띠고 있다. 따라서 향후 언젠가는 고교 내신성적 산출 방법으로 성취평가제가 단독으로 전격 실시되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구 에서는 향후 성취평가제의 완전한 실시가 대학 입시에 미칠 영향에 대해 교육 이해관 계자에 대한 FGI를 통하여 살펴보고, 이어서 성적 부풀리기와 일반고 학생의 불이익 등 예상되는 부정적 문제에 대한 대책을 교사 평가 전문성 개발, 외부평가 실시 그리고 인공지능 학습 이력 활용 등의 관점에서 탐색하였다.

Starting from the 2028 academic year, the method for producing high school academic grades is scheduled to combine the achievement assessment system with the 5-level rank system. This hybrid approach serves as a transitional measure to balance the educational ideals of absolute evaluation with the realities of college admissions. Therefore, at some point in the future, the achievement assessment system is expected to be implemented exclusively for producing high school academic grades. This study investigates the effects of the full implementation of the achievement assessment system on college admissions through surveys and focus group interviews with educational stakeholders. Then, potential solutions to anticipated negative issues were explored, such as grade inflation and disadvantages for general high school students, from the perspectives of enhancing teachers' assessment expertise, implementing external evaluations, and utilizing learning histories.
