고교학점제 시행에 따른 교육학 교과목의 타당성 검토와 선택 활성화 방안 연구

A Study for the Review of the Validity and Activation of Choice of Pedagogy subjects according to the implementation of the High School Credit System

본 연구는 고등학교 진로선택 과목의 하나인 교육학 교과의 타당성 검토와 선택 활성화 방안을 통해 교육학 교과의 위상을 높이고 질적 향상을 꾀하고자 실행하 였다. 제1차 교육과정 개정에서 2022 개정 교육과정에 따른 교육학 교과목의 변화를 살펴보고, 교과로서의 교육학 교과목에 대한 타당성을 분석하였다. 고교학점제에 대 한 정책연구와 선행연구 분석을 통해 교육학 교과목의 위상을 검토한 다음, 교육학 전공 3·4학년 학생들을 대상으로 모둠토론과 질문지법을 통한 질적연구를 근거로 교육학 교과목의 선택 활성화 방안을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 교과목 접근성을 높일 수 있는 친근감있는 교과목명으로 변화, 교과 내용체계의 탄탄한 구성, 교육학 전공 교사 의 임용 확대와 연수 프로그램 및 동료장학 등을 통한 교사의 전문성 강화, 교과관련 정보나 홍보, 학습자의 요구와 필요를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 교육내용과 방법 등을 제고 방안으로 도출하였다.

This study was implemented to enhance the status of pedagogy subjects and to improve their quality through a review of the validity of pedagogy subjects, one of the high school career elective subjects, and a method for activating selection. In the first curriculum revision, the changes in pedagogy subjects according to the 2022 revised curriculum were examined, and the validity of pedagogy subjects as subjects was analyzed. After reviewing the status of pedagogy subjects through policy research and analysis of previous studies on the high school credit system, a plan to selectively activate pedagogy subjects was explored based on qualitative research through group discussions and questionnaire methods for 3rd and 4th graders majoring in pedagogy. As a result, it was derived as a way to improve the selection of educational subjects that can increase subject accessibility, a solid composition of the subject content, the expansion of the appointment of teachers majoring in pedagogy, strengthening teachers' expertise through training programs and peer scholarships, subject-related information or publicity, and educational content and methods that can satisfy learners' needs and needs.
