With the advantage of geographical location and attractiveness from unique tourism resources, international tourists of ASEAN countries always account for a significant proportion of international tourists to Vietnam. To examine the factors affecting the number of international tourists from ASEAN countries to Vietnam in the period 2010 - 2019, we use the FGLS (Feasible Generalized Least Squares) estimation method for table data. The results show that: GDP per capita, expenditure, internet capability, and population of country of origin are the main determinants that have significantly impacts on international tourist Asaean to VietNam. Additionally, bilateral exchange rates, bilateral trade, geographical distances are determinants affecting international tourist number to Vietnam. The result allows us to suggest some policy implications aiming at developing Vietnam's tourism in coming years.
