Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting the effectiveness of the capstone design program by grade. Methods: This research analysis was conducted using SPSS WIN/PC 25.0 to perform frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Results: As a result of verifying the impact on capstone design competency development and effectiveness, the regression model was found to be significant (F=331.07, p<.001). Conclusions: This study shows that the capstone design program has a positive impact on the development of students' major competency and suggests educational improvement through this
