늘봄학교 발명교육을 위한 프로그램 분석 및 교육 전문인력 양성 방안 연구

The Study on Program Analysis And Training of Educational Professionals for Invention Education at Neulbom School

이 연구는 늘봄학교의 추진 및 전면 확대에 따라 초등학생들의 미래 역량을 함양하고 성장을 지원하기 위한 맞춤형 발명교육 프로그램 지원 체계를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 늘봄학교에서 적용할 수 있는 발명교육 프로그램의 현황 분석 및 활용, 개발 방안을 수립하고자 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 늘봄학교 발명교육 프로그램 개발 및 보완 로드맵 제시와 더불어 늘봄학교 발명교육 프로그램을 지도할 수 있는 체계적인 전문인력의 양성 및 활용 방안을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서는 늘봄학교 발명교육 프로그램이 초등학생들의 창의력과 문제해결능력을 키우는 데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있도록 체계적인 프로그램 개발과 전문인력 양성의 필요성을 제안하였다. 기존 발명교육 프로그램의 활용 가능성을 진단하고, 새로운 프로그램 개발 및 보완 로드맵을 제시하였으며, 이를 지도할 전문인력의 체계적 양성 방안을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 늘봄학교에서 발명교육이 활성화되고 초등학생들의 미래 역량을 효과적으로 함양하며, 지속 가능한 교육 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

The study proposed a customized invention education program support system to enhance elementary school students’ future capabilities and support their growth in accordance with the promotion and full expansion of Neulbom School. To this end, the study analyzed the current status of invention education programs applicable to Neulbom School to develop plans for their utilization and development. In addition, it presented a roadmap for developing and supplementing the Neulbom School invention education program and proposed a plan for systematically training and utilizing professional facilitators to guide the program. The study highlighted the necessity of systematic program development and professional training to ensure that the Neulbom School invention education program plays an important role in fostering elementary school students’ creativity and problem-solving skills. It assessed the potential of utilizing existing invention education programs, presented a roadmap for new program development and supplementation, and outlined a systematic training plan for professional facilitators. This is expected to promote invention education at Neulbom School, effectively foster students’ future capabilities, and establish a sustainable learning environment.
