비행청소년의 정신건강 수준에 따른발테그 그림검사(WZT) 반응특성 연구

A Study on the Response Characteristics of the Wartegg-Zeichentest Picture Test(WZT) according to the Mental Health Level of Juvenile Delinquentss

본 연구의 목적은 발테그(WZT) 그림 검사가 비행청소년의 정신건강 수준에 따른 반응특성을평가도구로서 유용성을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상은 G시에 소재한 소년 보호기관인 비행청소년 198명이며, 연구 도구는 발테그 그림 검사와 정신건강 수준을 파악하기 위해 한국형 정신건강척도지를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 교차분석으로 SPSS 29.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신건강 수준에 따른 비행청소년의 발테그(WZT) 그림반응특성의 차이에서 자극그림 수용은 틀 1, 4에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 그림착상의 분류에서는 틀 2, 3에서, 그림 주제 의미 부합에서는 틀 5, 6, 8에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 선의 성질은 필압에서 틀 2, 5, 6과, 음영과 윤곽선에서는 틀 2, 5, 7에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 비행청소년의 정신건강 수준에따른 발테그(WZT) 그림그린 후의 질문(PDI) 반응특성 차이에서 그림의 순서는 틀 1, 2, 5, 6에서유의한 차이를 보였고, 제목에서는 틀 1, 4, 7, 8에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를통해 비행청소년을 대상으로 발테그(WZT) 그림검사를 통하여 비행청소년의 정신건강 수준을 파악할 수 있는 평가도구로 활용 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the usefulness of the Waltegg (WZT) picturetest as an evaluation tool for the response characteristics of juvenile delinquents according totheir mental health level. The subjects of the study were 198 juvenile delinquents from ajuvenile protection institution located in G-City, and the research tools used were the Walteggpicture test and the Korean Mental Health Scale to determine the level of mental health. Dataanalysis was performed by using cross-tabulation with SPSS 29.0. The research results are asfollows. First, in the differences in Waltegg (WZT) picture response characteristics accordingto the mental health level of juvenile delinquents, the acceptance of stimulus pictures showedsignificant differences in frames 1 and 4. In addition, there was a significant differencebetween frames 2 and 3 in the classification of picture ideation, and between frames 5, 6, and8 in matching the meaning of the picture theme. Significant differences were found in linequality between frames 2, 5, and 6, and in shading and outlines between frames 2, 5, and 7. Second, in the differences in the response characteristics of the Waltegg(WZT) drawingquestion(PDI) after drawing according to the mental health level of juvenile delinquents, theorder of drawings showed significant differences in frames 1, 2, 5, and 6. Besides, At last thetitle also showed a significant difference in frames 1, 4, 7, and 8. On the base of theseresearch results, the Waltegg (WZT) picture test seems to be comfirmed as a useful evaluationtool to determine the level of mental health of delinquent youth.
