비교과 프로그램 참여동기가 학습전이와 학습지속의향에 미치는 영향 - 2, 4년제 호텔·외식관련학과 대학생을 중심으로

A Study on The Effect of Learning Motivation in Extracurricular Programs on Learning Transfer and Learning Persistence:Focusing on two-year and four-year college students majoring in hotel and restaurants

연구목적 : 본 연구는 호텔외식관련학과 대학생을 중심으로 비교과 프로그램의 참여동기가 학습전이와 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 연구의 가설검증을 위해 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 실증분석을 실시 하였다. 연구결과 : 통계 분석 결과 첫째, 호텔외식관련학과 비교과 프로그램 참여동기 변인 중 학습의향만이 학습전이에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비교과 프로그램 참여동기 변인 중 학습의향만이 참여지속의향에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습전이는 학습지속의향에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 다양한 비교과 프로그램 중 전공실습프로그램(40.9%)과 자격증프로그램(38.7%)의 참여도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시사점 : 이와 같은 결과를 통해 호텔외식관련학과의 비교과 프로그램을 선별하여 운영하고 참여율을 높인다면 학습자의 핵심기술 적응에 도움이 될 것이다.

Objective: This study aims to examine the effects of participation motivation in extracurricular programs on learning transfer and learning persistence among college students majoring in hotel and food service. Methods: To test the research hypotheses, this study used SPSS 25.0 for empirical analysis. Results: According to the findings, among the variables of motivation for participation in extracurricular programs, only the intention to learn positively influenced both learning transfer and the intention to continue participation. In addition, learning transfer was found to have a positive effect on learning persistence. Lastly, among the various types of extracurricular activities, participation rates were the highest in practical training programs (40.9%) and certification programs (38.7%). Implications: These findings suggest that selective operation and increased participation in extracurricular programs tailored for hotel and food service majors enhance their adaptability to core skills required in the related fields.
