영아 야제의 다빈도 한의 변증, 임상 증상 및 한의치료 분석 - 최근 5개년(2019-2024) 중의학 연구를 중심으로

Analysis of Frequent Pattern Identification, Clinical Symptoms, and Traditional Chinese Treatments for Infantile Night Crying : Focused on Traditional Chinese Medicine Research over the Past Five Years(2019-2024)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze frequent pattern identification clinical symptoms, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatments for infantile naingdh ts ucgrygeinsgt by examining clinical studies over the past five years. Methods: All kind of literature published by th China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) up to April 18,2024 were analyzed. We extracted information about types of night crying, relevant clinical symptoms, and TCM treatments. Results: A total of 20 articles were included. Heart-heat, Spleen-cold, and Fright and fear were the most reported Chinese pattern identification. Heart-heat has symptoms of reddened complexion, constipation, short and reddish urine, agitation and restlessness, accompanied by red tip of tongue with yellow coating, purple fingerprint. As a treatment, Daochi wendan decoction (導赤溫膽湯) and kneading Xiaotianxin (揉小天心) were used most frequently. Spleen-cold has symptoms of weak crying sound, cold limbs, loose stool, clear urine, pale red fingerprints and tongue with thin white coating, with preferring abdominal massage and curling up when sleeping. For treatment, Wu Yao San (烏藥散), abdominal kneading (揉腹), kneading Yi Wo Feng Acupoint (揉一窩風), pushing Three Passes (推三關), tonifying Spleen meridian (補脾經), transportation Palgwae (運內八卦), kneading EX-UE8 (揉外勞宮) were mainly reported. For Fright and fear, only pediatric chuna was used, with no report of other TCM treatments. Conclusion: This study analyzed types of pattern, clinical symptoms, and TCM treatments of infantile night crying. Based on this study, it is necessary to derive a standardized dialectical information.
