This paper focuses on the law professional societies in Jingdezhen Vocational University of Art, and examines the implicit educational functions of associations in depth through empirical observation, teachers’ mentoring practices and theoretical analyses. This paper finds that there is a polarization of associations in influencing students’ ability development, different types of associations have different guidance needs, and there are student behavioural problems. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes that individualized incentives should be provided to students, academic and association activities should be coordinated, the guidance mode should be optimized, the association management system should be improved, literacy education should be integrated, practical activities should be deepened and synergistic cooperation between associations and teaching should be strengthened, so as to improve the quality of association education in the field of law and to promote the cultivation of talents.
本研究聚焦景德镇艺术职业大学法学专业社团,通过实证观察、教师指导实践及理论分析,深入考察社团隐性教育功能。研究发现社团在影响学生能力发展上存在两极分化现象,不同类型社团指导需求各异,且存在学生行为问题。针对上述问题,本研究提出应个性化激励学生、协调学业与社团活动、优化指导模式、完善社团管理制度、融入素养教育、深化实践活动并加强社团与教学协同合作等建议,以提升法学专业社团教育质量,促进人才培养。
