Against the backdrop of rapid development in modern society, college students are facing increasing academic pressure, fierce job competition, complex interpersonal challenges, and emotional issues, among other psychological stresses. These stressors not only adversely affect students’ academic performance but also potentially threaten their physical and mental health. In light of this, this article aims to explore the prevalent mental health issues among students and the role of counselors in promoting students’ mental health. The article proposes several aspects of constructing counselor intervention strategies, including conducting regular mental health surveys and establishing records, organizing diverse mental health-themed class meetings, implementing one-on-one psychological counseling dialogue plans, establishing an online mental health knowledge learning platform, and implementing an open appointment system for psychological counseling rooms
在现代社会飞速发展的背景下,大学生们正面临着日益沉重的学业压力、激烈的就业竞争、复杂的人际交往挑战以及情感问题等多方面的心理压力。这些压力源不仅对学生的学业成绩产生不利影响,还潜在地威胁着他们的身心健康。鉴于此,本文旨在探讨学生普遍存在的心理健康问题以及辅导员在促进学生心理健康方面所扮演的角色。文章提出了构建辅导员干预策略的几个方面,包括定期进行心理健康普查并建立档案、举办形式多样的心理健康主题班会、执行一对一的心理辅导对话计划、建立线上心理健康知识学习平台,以及实施心理咨询室的开放预约制度。
