Promoting high-quality development is a major task for government agencies, enterprises and public public institutions, and we must adhere to the guidance of high-quality party building. Based on the actual situation in the county, this article deeply analyzes the outstanding problems faced by the current party building leading high-quality development in government agencies, enterprises and public institutions, expounds the theoretical logic of party building leading high-quality development, and proposes the practical path of “five integrations” and “five improvements”: promote the deep integration of party building and business, promote the organic integration of party building and grassroots governance, promote the deep integration of party building and mass work, strengthen the party’s innovative theoretical armament, and deepen the construction of cadres and talents.
