The rapid rise of digital technology in the global economy has brought new development opportunities for the management of small and medium-sized wineries. By integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence, wineries can achieve efficient operations in production management, process optimization, marketing, and customer service. However, the digital transformation process also faces numerous challenges, including high technology costs, data security risks, insufficient regulatory adaptability, and low consumer acceptance. This paper explores the current applications and main challenges of digital technology in small and medium-sized wineries and proposes a series of solutions, aiming to provide insights for the sustainable development of these wineries.

数字化技术在全球经济中迅速崛起,为中小型葡萄酒庄的经营管理带来了全新的发展机遇。通过整合物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术,酒庄能够在生产管理、加工流程优化、市场营销和客户服务方面实现高效运作。然而数字化转型过程中也面临诸多挑战,如技术成本高昂、数据安全风险、法规适应性不足以及消费者接受度偏低。本文围绕数字化技术在中小型酒庄中的应用现状及面临的主要问题展开探讨,并提出了一系列解决策略,以期为中小型葡萄酒庄的可持续发展提供启示。
