This study aims to examine the stress-reducing effects of agro-healing programs. A frequency analysis of 46 experimental data on stress-related studies from the past 10 years (2013-2022) showed that the most common type of healing was preventive in non-disabled (82.6%). The average value, standardized on a 5-point scale (range 1-5) and linearly transformed, showed a stress reduction of 0.53 (18.8%) in the experimental group (mean of 2.29) compared to the control group (mean of 2.82). For preventive healing programs targeting the general population, the experimental group showed a stress reduction of 0.53 (19.1%) compared to the control group (experimental group mean of 2.24, control group mean of 2.77). For special-purpose programs that included people with disabilities, diseases, or vulnerable groups, the experimental group showed a reduction of 0.66 (21.7%) compared to the control group (experimental group mean of 2.38, control group mean of 3.04). The paired t-test results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups at a 95% confidence level (p<.001).
