사회복지전공생의 대인관계역량에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors influencing the interpersonal relationship competency of social welfare majors

본 연구는 사회복지전공 대학생의 개인적, 가족적, 사회적 요인들이 대인관계역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 개인적, 가족적, 사회적 요인으로 구분하였으며, 개인적 요인에 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 행복감을, 가족적 요인으로 자기분화, 가족관계를, 사회적 요인은 현장실습, 조별과제, 동아리 활동, SNS, 수업태도, 전공만족도로 설정하였다. 부산시 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 사회복지학을 전공중인 대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 자기기입식형의 온라인 설문지법으로 인터넷에 공유하여 조사하였다. 본 연구에 최종 분석에 사용된 유효표본의 수는 187부이다. 연령, 성별, 건강상태, 학년, 거주형태를 통제한 상태에서 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과로는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인은 자기효능감이며, 자아존중감, 행복감은 대인관계역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족적 요인인 자기분화와 가족관계는 대인관계역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 요인을 조사한 결과, 조별과제 참여도가 높을수록 대인관계역량이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 현장실습, 동아리 활동, SNS이용정도, 수업태도, 전공만족도는 대인관계역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

This study attempted to verify how personal, family, and social factors of college students majoring in social welfare affect interpersonal competency. It was divided into personal, family, and social factors, and self-esteem, self-efficacy, happiness, self-differentiation, family relationships as family factors, and social factors were set as field training, group assignments, For college students majoring in social welfare studies attending a university located in Busan, it was shared on the Internet with a structured self-written online questionnaire method. The number of effective samples used in the final analysis in this study is 187. Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 with age, gender, health status, grade, and residence type controlled. Based on the results, I would like to present practical implications for social welfare. The main results are: First, it was found that personal factors influencing interpersonal relationships were self-efficacy, and self-esteem and happiness did not affect interpersonal competency. Second, it was found that self-differentiation and family relations, which are family factors, did not affect interpersonal competency. Third, as a result of investigating social factors, it was found that the higher the participation in group projects, the higher the interpersonal competency, and field training, club activities, SNS usage, class attitude, and major. Based on the results, practical implications for social welfare were presented.
