대학생의 사회적지지가 돌봄 역량에 미치는 영향 : 공감 능력의 매개효과

The Impact of Perceived Social Support on Care Competence in University Students : Mediating Role of Empathy

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 사회적지지가 돌봄 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 두 변인과의 관계에서 공감 능력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생 221명을 대상으로 온라인으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 중 210명의 자료에 대해 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석방법으로는 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위하여 부트스트래핑 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 사회적지지와 공감 능력, 돌봄 역량은 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 대학생들의 사회적지지와 돌봄 역량과의 관계에서 공감 능력은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of perceived social support on the caregiving competence of university students and to verify the mediating effect of empathy in the relationship between these two variables. An online survey was conducted with 221 university students, and data from 210 participants were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The analysis methods included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, with bootstrapping applied to test the mediating effect. The key findings of this study are as follows: First, there is a positive correlation among perceived social support, empathy, and caregiving competence among university students. Second, empathy was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between perceived social support and caregiving competence. Based on these results, implications and recommendations for future research are discussed.
