보육교사의 창의적 인성과 놀이성이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Effect of Child-care Teachers’ Personality and Playfulness on Their Teaching Creativity

목적 보육교사의 역량 중 교수창의성에 주목하였으며 나아가 교수창의성을 예측하는 변인을 살펴보고자 하였다 방법 이를 위하여 S, D, F, C도에 위치한 직장어린이집과 국공립어린이집의 교사 179명이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 연구문제에 따라, SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 상관관계 분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 교사의 교수창의성과 교사의 창의적 인성, 그리고 교사의 놀이성 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 창의적 인성과 교사의 놀이성은 교사의 교수창의성에 유의한 정적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창의적 인성과 놀이성의 하위요인들도 교수창의성의 하위요인들에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 보육교사의 창의적 인성과 놀이성이 교수창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 확인하였다. 보육교사의 창의적 인성과 놀이성을 발견하고 이를 개발할 수 있는 체계적인 교사교육이 필요함을 본 연구의 결과는 시사하고 있다.

Objectives This study focused on the teaching creativity among the competencies of child-care teachers and aimed to examine the variables that predict their teaching creativity. Methods To this end, 179 teachers from child-care centers located in S, D, F, and C provinces participated in the survey. According to the research questions, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS program. Results There was a significant positive correlation between teachers' teaching creativity, creative personality, and playfulness. The creative personality and playfulness of teachers were found to have a significant positive influence on their teaching creativity, and the sub-factors of both creative personality and playfulness also significantly affected the sub-factors of teaching creativity. Conclusions This study confirmed that the creative personality and playfulness of child-care teachers positively influence teaching creativity. The results suggest the need for systematic teacher education that helps discover and develop the creative personality and playfulness of child-care teachers.
