완성차 판매물류종사자의 중대재해처벌법에 대한 인식수준이 안전의식과 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Impact of the Awareness Level of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act on the Safety Consciousness and the Safety Behavior of Finished Vehicle Sales Logistics Workers

안전한 작업환경 구축 및 근로자의 안전확보를 위하여 2022년 1월 27일 중대재해처벌법이 시행되었다. 중대재해처벌법의 효과적 시행 및 근로자 안전확보를 위해서는 중대재해처벌법에 대한 인식수준을 고취해야 하며 이를 위해서 안전의식, 안전행동, 안전교육이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 완성차 판매물류 종사자들의 중대재해처벌법에 대한 인식수준과 안전교육이 안전의식 및 안전행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 본 연구가 진행되었다. 연구결과 중대재해처벌법 인식수준과 안전교육의 정도가 높을수록 안전의식과 안전행동에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 확인하였다. 본 연구는 완성차 판매물류 종사자의 중대재해처벌법에 대한 인식수준이 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 최초의 실증적 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 더불어 완성차 판매물류 종사자들의 안전행동을 촉진하며 안전문화 형성을 도와 완성차 판매물류 간 발생하는 중대재해를 예방하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

The Serious Accident Punishment Act came into force on January 27, 2022, to establish a safe working environment and ensure the safety of workers. To effectively implement the Act, it is essential to raise awareness of its provisions and support safety consciousness, safety behavior, and safety education. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of awareness of the Serious Accident Punishment Act and safety education among finished vehicle sales logistics workers on safety consciousness and safety behavior. The results confirmed that a higher level of awareness of the Act, along with greater safety education, had a positive impact on safety consciousness and safety behavior. This study is significant as it represents the first empirical investigation into the relationship between awareness of the Serious Accident Punishment Act and safety behavior among finished vehicle sales logistics workers. Moreover, it can promote safe practices among these workers and help foster a safety culture to prevent serious accidents in finished vehicle sales logistics.
