With the advancement of modern rule of law construction, it has become the core task of universities to train high-quality legal talents with both legal theory and practical ability. Application-oriented city University is practice-oriented and has unique advantages in the training of legal talents. However, the current legal education is still faced with problems such as curriculum system, lack of practical teaching, lack of practical experience of teachers and so on, which restrict the improvement of the quality of talent training. Research focus on applied urban university, through the analysis of the curriculum system, practice teaching and teachers construction status, discusses the personnel training of the rule of law of education reform path, research found that through university-enterprise cooperation, school collaboration and the combination of social practice and service learning mode helps to make up for the lack of practical experience in traditional teaching, and significantly improve its legal practice ability and professional quality. In addition, the future development should further optimize the curriculum system, strengthen interdisciplinary integration and digital teaching, expand the practice platform and introduce teachers with rich practical experience, further improve the quality of legal personnel training, and provide important support for the construction of social rule of law.
随着现代化法治建设的推进,培养兼具法律理论与实践能力的高素质法治人才成为高校的核心任务。应用型城市大学以实践导向为特色并在法治人才培养中具有独特优势。然而,当前法治教育仍面临课程体系偏重理论、实践教学不足、教师实务经验匮乏等问题,这些制约了人才培养质量的提升。研究聚焦应用型城市大学,通过分析其课程体系、实践教学和师资建设现状,探讨法治人才培养的教育改革路径,研究发现通过校企合作、校地协作以及社会实践与服务学习的结合的模式有助于弥补传统教学中实践经验不足的短板,并显著提升其法律实务能力和职业素养。此外,未来发展应进一步优化课程体系、强化跨学科融合和数字化教学,拓展实践平台并引入实务经验丰富的师资,进一步提高法治人才培养质量,为社会法治建设提供重要支持。
