Examining the Articulation of Multiethnic Cultures Through Spatial Symbiosis - A Case Study of Xining’s Xiananguan Street

从空间共生中看多民族文化咬合—以西宁市下南关街为例

In the context of China’s urban regeneration and the integration of multi-ethnic cultures,achieving the coexistence of multi-eth within urban spaces while injecting vitality into urban regeneration has become a critical research topic.Based on this,the study proposes the research question of how to enhance the cohesion of multi-ethnic cultures.Through filed investigation and literature review,the study applies the theory of spatial symbiosis and symbiotic narratives,with the spatial symbiosis practices of Xiananguan Street to exploring the synergistic relationships between symbiotic narratives,articulation of culture and the coexistence of multi-ethnic cultures.The findings indicate that multi-ethnic cultural symbiosis plays a significant role in advancing urban regeneration processes.The study further proposes cultural symbiosis strategies aimed at enhancing the cohesion of multi-ethnic cultures,providing theoretical insights and practical guidance for fostering the integration,coexistence and development of multi-ethnic cultures in the context of China’s urban regeneration.

在中国城市更新转型与国家多民族文化融合的背景下，如何在城市空间中实现多民族文化共生，并为城市更新注入活力，已成为关键研究课题。为此，提出了如何提升多民族文化的咬合力这一研究问题。通过实地调研与文献研究的方法，运用空间共生与共生叙事理论并结合下南关街的空间共生实践，探讨了共生叙事与文化咬合以及多民族文化共生之间的相互协同关系。研究表明多民族文化共生体是推进城市更新进程的重要力量。提出了提升多民族文化咬合力的文化共生策略，以期为中国城市更新背景下的多民族文化的融合共生与发展提供相关的理论支持与实践经验。
