Digital leadership is a key hand in realizing the high-quality development of schools in the context of digital transformation of education. Headmaster digital leadership is a product of the times to adapt to the development needs of the construction of digital China, to serve the digital construction and innovative development of schools, and a new type of leadership in which digital technology is integrated into the construction and development of schools. At present, the digital transformation of schools is faced with the dilemma of poor digital leadership literacy of headmasters, difficulties in digital management, ineffective integration of digital resources, and obstacles to cultural reform, etc. Policy suggestions are put forward for the above dilemmas from four aspects: implementation of the transformation concept, restructuring of the management structure, efficient application of resources, and optimization of human-computer relations, so as to provide reference for enhancing the headmaster's digital leadership and effectively cracking the difficulties in the digital development of schools.
数字领导力是实现教育数字转型背景下学校高质量发展的关键抓手。校长数字领导力是适应数字中国建设发展需求、服务学校数字化建设与创新发展的时代产物,也是数字技术融入学校建设发展的新型领导力。目前,学校数字化转型面临着校长数字领导力素养不高、数字化管理困难、数字资源整合不力、文化改革存在障碍等困境,针对上述困境从四个方面提出政策建议:贯彻转型理念、重构管理机构、高效应用资源、优化人机关系,从而为提升校长数字领导力,有效破解学校数字化发展难题提供借鉴参考。
