Guidance, Integration, and Self-Consciousness: The Triple Logical Implication of Red Culture Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

引导·融汇·自觉:新时代高校红色文化育人的三重逻辑意蕴

The trinity of education, science and technology and talents is of decisive significance for China to build a socialist power in the new era. In the new era, to realize the trinity of education, talents and science and technology, and to train the successors of socialism in the new era with the lofty ideal of communism is the key to carry out ideological and political education and cultural education for college students in the process of contemporary higher education. As the spiritual and cultural crystallization formed by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the arduous revolutionary struggle, red culture is essentially the core and center of college students' ideological and political education and cultural education integrating history, theory and practice. Colleges and universities, with their perfect education system and advanced educational equipment and concepts, are also the carriers and furnaces that determine the healthy and long-term development of the country, nation and society in the future. In order to train and cultivate the successors of socialism in the new era, we should not only rely on the teaching of college teachers' words and deeds in class and social and cultural practice after class. More importantly, it is necessary to make full use of red cultural resources, party history learning and education and other processes, guide college students to establish correct three views, comprehensively and comprehensively apply observation, interview, literature research and speculative methods to study red culture in colleges and universities, and fully integrate with students' learning process, professional skills and qualities as researchers and participants. To realize and enhance the recognition of college students to the Party and the country, so as to practice and interpret the deep meaning of college red culture education with the global and three-dimensional process logic of “guiding, integrating, and consciously”.

教育、科技、人才“三位一体”对新时代中国建成社会主义强国具有决定性意义。在新时代,要实现教育、人才、科技三位一体,培养具有共产主义远大理想的新时代社会主义接班人是当代高等教育过程中对大学生开展思想政治教育和文化育人的关键;而红色文化作为中国共产党领导中国人民在艰苦卓绝的革命斗争中形成的精神文化结晶,本质上是大学生思想政治教育与文化育人集历史、理论、实践三个向度融通的核心与中枢。高等院校具有完善的教育系统和先进的教育设备和理念,也是决定国家、民族与社会未来能否健康和长远发展的载体与熔炉,而要培养、涵育新时代社会主义接班人的重任,不仅要依托高校教师的课堂言传身教和课后社会文化实践,更需要充分利用好红色文化资源、党史学习教育等过程,通过引导大学生树立正确三观,全方位、立体化运用观察法、访谈法、文献研究法、思辨法等将高校红色文化研究学理化,并以研究者、参与者身份与学生学习过程、专业技能与素养充分融合,实现并增进大学生群体对党和国家的认同度,从而以“引导·融汇·自觉”全域化、立体式三重过程性逻辑实践并诠释高校红色文化育人的深层意蕴。
